Mazars also has a policy that guarantees that people from outside the audit organization and its active or its affiliated persons can, without jeopardizing their situation, report irregularities within or (partly) outside Mazars. These messages are recorded, and treated timely and confidentially. If well founded, the irregularities will be timely handled by taking appropriate measures within Mazars.
This arrangement is thus not meant for complaints about the performance of an assignment (see previous option), but for other reports which otherwise (indirectly) affect the performance of the assignment.
