Broad work experience in general tax consultancy for clients where the company is run by the shareholder (directors/major shareholders). Has specialised in recent years in advising key players in the property sector, especially housing corporations, project developers and construction and electrical and mechanical engineering firms.
Specific client experience

•  Advice on opening balance sheets for tax purposes for housing corporations (including knowledge of contracts of settlement, Social Housing Management Decree [BBSH] and Social Work Provision Act [WSW]).
• Advice on project development.
• Advice relating to fiscal investment institutions.
• Advice relating to property structures at both national and international level;
• Advice on property funding;
• Advice on general property-related issues (applying reinvestment reserve, discussion of replacement and improvement options and discussion of property stocks and operating resources);
