Mazars strengthens partner team

Mazars Accountants and Tax Advisers has strengthened its partner team with Dennis van Hattem, Frenkel Mazenier (RA), Consuelo Sedney and Erik Stroeve. They have broad experience in the field of national and international tax and financial matters. With the expansion the international practice and the offices in The Hague, Apeldoorn and Amsterdam are strengthened.

About Dennis van Hattem

Dennis has been employed at Mazars as a tax consultant since 2002. He is specialised in various international and national tax issues. This concerns inter alia substantial interest positions in an international perspective, emigration(s), tax treatment of trusts and similar entities and also the provision of advice to national and international SME organisations. His clientele includes high networth individuals and larger SME enterprises and their shareholder(s).

About Frenkel Mazenier

Frenkel (RA) has been employed at Mazars as an accountant since 2009.He has broad experience in advising big international (listed) companies, family businesses and social enterprises at home and abroad. His expertise lies in enterprises that are active in the field of real estate, education, childcare and other not-for-profit organisations.

About Consuelo Sedney

Consuelo has been employed at Mazars since 1998. As a management consultant he focuses on the optimisation and implementation of accounting, outsourcing and compliance solutions at multinationals. His clients are in particular active in the Oil & Gas, IT and trade sectors.

About Erik Stroeve

Erik has worked at Mazars as an international tax adviser since 2010. He has gained much knowledge and experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate tax and the setting up of the best possible organisation structures for tax purposes. His clientele includes international asset management companies, private equity companies, sovereign wealth funds (SWF) and other investment companies. In addition he advises Dutch entrepreneurs who want to do business in China and Chinese entrepreneurs who want to do business in Europe.
