The HR Consultant of Mazars HR Services

The consultant of Mazars HR Services can fulfil the internal HR position for you. He or she will cover the complete HR department, from management and administration to tactical advice to management concerning the organization of the company. This role includes:

  • Application of staff tools, such as performance and assessment interviews, employee manuals, training programmes and absence protocols.
  • Problem solving and project operation
  • Analysis and advice concerning staff organization
  • Acting as a sparring partner to management
  • Bringing in specific knowledge and experience including selection methods, interview techniques, competence assessments and position analysis.
