Mazars HR Services is certified for MDI behaviour and motivation analysis. This can be approached from different angles; from the individual, from the job and from a comparison of the individual to the job. This enables you to hire suitable staff and place them in positions best suited to them, so you can create intrinsic motivation and optimal performance.

The Work Related Motivation Analysis shows why a person does the things in the manner he or she does. This becomes clear in relation to the (new) work environment. The profile provides per motivation general characteristics, the value to the company, learning styles, keys to motivation and possible points of attention.

The Behaviour Analysis provides a unique reliable and objective picture of the behaviour of the respondent within half an hour. Which individual behaviour characteristics are valuable to the company? The Behaviour Analysis also provides insight into how you can communicate optimally with the respondent, where he or she needs support or additional training, what you should do to motivate him or her and which management style is most appropriate for him or her.
