Project management

Keeping your IT project manageable and under control starts with establishing objectives, preconditions, expectations and responsibilities. Clarity, and being agreed on content and objectives from the outset, is essential to a successful project. First and foremost, our advisers safeguard the objectives of your IT project. They also operate as a sounding board, possibly as the implementing party or project leader, and as independent assessor.

In practice we are often engaged to get derailed projects back on line. These types of briefs usually start with a careful diagnosis of the status of the project, where we establish the risks and possible compensatory measures.
