Policy and Organisational Development
We act as management consultants during policy and/or organisational development. This concerns e.g. business strategy, business plans, organisation and management structure, financial engineering, planning, change management, and change projects.

- Business management in a more operational sense ('how?')
We also pay attention to the IT component. In current practice we note that IT developments, internal or external, are often the trigger for policy or organisational reviews or that IT plays an important role when realising the required changes. We use tried and tested methods to provide clarity on seemingly complex issues, and the insights obtained will be used to identify and realise the required changes.
