Mazars is not an environment in which everything is already established. Many issues are 'malleable'. Everyone is expected to have his or her own input. You are encouraged not to always follow the beaten path, but to make a special effort to look for new avenues. This is rather demanding. If you like certainty and strict procedures, and want your career to be a clearly marked plan, Mazars is not the place for you.

You are immediately exposed to the full spectrum

Our accountants and tax experts consider their field of activity to be extensive. Their work is often multidisciplinary. This enables us to make connections and come to extraordinary solutions. As a starter in the business, you are trained to adopt this broad view as well. You will not start out by helping to audit annual accounts for a number of years, but will immediately be introduced to many aspects of the business. Of course, you will work under the inspiring leadership of a personal coach. This will encourage an inventive way of thinking, make the profession more challenging and interesting, and allow you to discover where your greatest talents lie.
