Within Mazars I advise international clients in the field of payroll taxes and global mobility. A versatile field with new developments all the time.
I enjoy explaining complex matters in a clear manner so that clients can actually put them into practice. To know what clients need and to respond to this, personal contact, empathy and good questions are in my opinion the most important.
I think proactively with clients and give broad advice. It's also nice that Mazars has short lines of communication, making it easy to link up with specialists in areas such as corporate tax, HR, labor or migration law. We also work a lot with our colleagues abroad.

- Advising employers and individuals on the consequences of cross-border employment (including temporary employment, working in multiple countries, remote working and international services)
- International payroll (such as application of salary splits and tax equalization)
- Advising on global mobility policies / assignment policies
- Advising on executive compensation in an international context
- International social security (A1 statements)
- 30% ruling / reimbursements for extraterritorial costs
- The withholding obligation (tax liability) of foreign employers (and their payroll in the Netherlands)
- Income tax returns in the year of migration or with other international elements
- The qualification of internationally accrued pensions and retirement provisions
- Giving workshops and presentations on topics related to payroll taxes and global mobility
