Commissioner auditor may not be a VAT trader
19 June 2019 - The statutory auditor's VAT position has been unclear and variable over the years. In a recent ruling, the European Court of Justice has now ruled that a supervisory supervisory board does not act as a VAT entrepreneur. This is a major change from current Dutch practice, which is based on VAT entrepreneurship.

Nieuwe Kleine Ondernemers Regeling (KOR)
