21 oktober 2021 - Heeft u in 2021 of voorgaande jaren een arbeidsmigrant in dienst genomen die afkomstig is uit een niet Europees land? Dan heeft u mogelijk te maken met een salariscriterium dat afhankelijk is van het visum waarop de werknemer naar Nederland is gekomen (kennismigrantenregeling). Een andere mogelijkheid is dat u en uw werknemer gebruikmaken van de 30%-regeling om een deel van het salaris van de arbeidsmigrant zonder inhouding van loonheffingen aan uw werknemer netto te betalen. In beide gevallen heeft u met salarisnormen te maken.
