Temporary provision for digital meetings at private and public limited companies

28 April 2020 – Private and public limited companies can get into trouble when there is because of the coronacrisis no possibility to organise physical meetings. To enable electronic meetings, a provision has been included in an adopted emergency law. There is also a provision in the emergency law about the postponement of reporting.

Emergency law enables electronic meetings

28 April 2020 – To enable electronic meetings for associations and foundations, there is a provision recorded in a through the Dutch Senate adopted emergency law. In this emergency law there is also a provision about a postponement of reporting.
