Our specialists offer advice about the various recruitment options available and will prepare a job profile and job description with you. Once the vacancy has been published and replies start to come in, we will help you go through the CVs and select suitable candidates. With these candidates we will make an appointment for a job interview. The other candidates will receive a polite rejection.

Once you have made a selection, we will draw up an overview of all chances and risks involved in hiring a new employee. Does your new employee fall in a certain target group? In that case, we will provide an overview of all subsidies and allowances you may be entitled to. Finally, we will advise you about the type of employment contract you should offer the new recruit. We do of course observe the relevant legislation and the legal implementation of your wishes and requirements.
