Education and work experience

Inge has been working in accountancy since 2004. In the first years she worked as an auditor for mainly medium sized and large companies. She then specialized in financial reporting (IFRS and Dutch GAAP). In addition to her work for Mazars, Inge is a member of the technical staff of the Dutch Accounting Standards Board, which means that she is heavily involved with the development of new accounting standards.

Inge studied business sciences at Radboud University and accountancy at Tilburg University. She is registered as a certified accountant in the Netherlands.

Expertise

Inge is an expert in financial reporting (IFRS and Dutch GAAP). She uses this expertise to support clients and audit teams with complex financial reporting issues. Examples are issues related to business acquisitions, restructuring and financial instruments. She also provides support with conversions from Dutch GAAP to IFRS and with the implementation of new accounting standards.

Specific client experience

In recent years, Inge has been involved as a financial reporting expert with various clients, from small companies to large multinationals. She has also given various training courses to clients.

Additional positions

Inge has been a member of the technical staff of the Dutch Accounting Standards Board since 2017. She is also a member of the Education working group of the Dutch Accounting Standards Board. Furthermore, Inge is a guest lecturer and examiner in the Post Master Accountancy program of Tilburg University.
