Publicatie ‘Compendium Estate Planning’ (8e druk)
12 juli 2021 - Onlangs verscheen bij SDU uitgevers de achtste druk van het Compendium Estate planning. Aan dit compendium werkten namens Mazars Frans Sonneveldt (mede-redacteur en auteur hoofdstuk Internationale aspecten van Estate planning) en Johan Zuiderwijk (auteur hoofdstuk Bedrijfsopvolgingsfaciliteiten) mee. Johan is werkzaam binnen de sectie Estate planning van Mazars.
In het compendium wordt uitgebreid stilgestaan bij relevante juridische en fiscale aspecten van Estate planning. Het boek volgt hierbij de praktijk van het leven, met thema's als samenwonen, huwen, schenken en erven. Dit compendium wordt regelmatig (als cursusmateriaal) gebruikt binnen het onderwijs en de Estate planningspraktijk.
