Coronavirus: exceptional circumstances with major challenges

Mazars is keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding the coronavirus. The virus is leading to far-reaching health and safety measures all over the world. Despite the challenges we are facing, we want to continue to be as agile and flexible as possible for our clients and relations, and offer the best possible service in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Our people are the key element in this. The safety and wellbeing of our people and stakeholders are our highest priority.

We have taken a number of precautionary measures that we wish to inform you about:

  • We are a modern firm fully supportive of agile working, and we have the technology and capabilities in place to enable our people to work entirely remotely as and when needed. At this time, our teams are primarily working from home and remote.
  • We have taken precautionary measures for all those who if absolutely necessary have to work at one of our offices.
  • At present, we will not be receiving visitors in our offices. Should you wish to drop something off, please make arrangements with your Mazars contact person.
  • Client meetings and events have been or will be postponed.

The situation is continuously changing, and we continue to monitor developments closely. In this way, we will be well-prepared and able to adapt to the situation carefully and quickly.

We realise that these circumstances are as extraordinary for you and your organisation as they are for Mazars, and we are all faced with major challenges. It goes without saying that we are at your service. Relevant information on topics that may help and support you with your current challenges can be found on our dedicated coronavirus theme page.

Finally, we would like to thank you for your confidence and flexibility. Only with your cooperation will we be able to continue playing our role in society. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your trusted Mazars contact person.
