About Achmed Bouazza (1978)

Achmed has worked at Mazars since 2011. The first years of his career were focused on IT audit in the context of the annual audit. During this period he also started with ISAE audits to increase his knowledge and expertise in this area. After that, the focus shifted to third party assurance reporting in technology, media & telecommunications and financial services. He is one of the founders of Mazars' global third party assurance community. Since 2017, Achmed has served as a Director in the IT audit & advisory practice. He is further responsible for the ISO certifications services from Mazars Certification Hub and involved in various committees and working groups at Mazars and at NOREA.

About Janine van Muijlwijk (1981)

Janine joined Mazars in 2005 after completing her Business Administration studies. In the early years, she worked for a wide range of clients, including financial services. Since 2018 she has been Director in the Audit & assurance practice focusing on pension funds, insurers and investment institutions. She also has extensive experience with (international) group audits. Janine is a member of the RJ 610 committee, which sets reporting standards for pension funds in the Netherlands. She is also an expert on the application of the SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) and the application of data analysis.

About Sven van der Worp (1989)

Sven joined Mazars in 2016 where he has worked as a Director in the Audit & assurance practice since 2020. During this period he has actively contributed to the development of the Audit team in Apeldoorn, making a positive impact on quality, project management and client satisfaction. He graduated from Business University Nyenrode as a chartered accountant. His client portfolio consists largely of companies in real estate, housing associations, construction, real estate development and related sectors. His clients operate both nationally and internationally. Sven is an active member of the real estate and housing associations market groups. Sven also has extensive experience with IFRS and US GAAP and is a fraud coach within the audit practice.

About Lars Zuur (1988)

Lars joined Mazars in 2011 and has shaped his entire professional career at Mazars. He graduated from the University of Groningen as a Master of Science in Audit & Accounting and has an Executive master's degree in Accountancy (EMA). He started specialising for clients in the financial services industry with a focus on banks, asset managers, capital market structures, (listed) investment funds and leasing. Lars is also part of several national and international initiatives focused on innovation, quality and business development.
