30 June 2022 - Sustainability-related laws and regulations, including the Corporate Social Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Social Due Diligence Directive (CSDD), not only impact the companies that are required to comply by law, but also the SMEs in the chain. In this third article of the three part series, we take a closer look at the various opportunities and threats for SMEs that are not directly subject to the above-mentioned directives, but are affected in some other way by the increasing regulation in the field of sustainability reporting.
