In terms of IT, what always stays with me is how dependent organizations are on systems. This dependence can cause major problems, especially if these systems do not function properly. However, the malfunctioning of systems can have various causes. It certainly does not always have to be the fault of the system; it can also be due to incorrect configuration. Such a situation, especially in combination with a lack of knowledge of the users, makes it difficult to come to a sustainable solution.
