Update on moderation of 30% rule |

9 February 2024 - Last autumn, the House of Representatives passed an amendment to make the 30% rule more austere. The 30% ruling is the tax facility for incoming employees (hereafter "expats"). Qualifying expats receive untaxed compensation of up to 30% of their taxable wages.
